Canceling

Can I cancel my order?

Our order system is highly automated and sometimes the order goes through the production and quality control fast - even in a day. In case you placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to stop your order from going through and your payment will be refunded. Please note! We can not offer any exchanges for wrong size orders. In case you order a wrong size or a wrong product, please consider giving it as a gift to a loved one or donating it for a good cause. We are not responsible for any wrong orders. We thank you for your kind understanding.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to USA only. Products will be shipped as soon as they are printed and gone through the quality control.

We will add EU shipping very soon! In case you found some treasures and just cannot wait, send us an email or chat, so we will see how we can help you to get the item that you need!

 

How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders to USA!

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Mostly our products are printed in the US and production usually takes 7-10 business days prior to shipping. Some of our products are printed in and sent from China. There the production time is shorter, usually 3-5 business days, but please take into concideration that the shipping/customs might take weeks even! At the current world situation delays are sometimes unavoidable and out of our control.  

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details by email.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking number, we will not be held accountable if the package is returned to sender due to the customer's failure to follow up with their local customs office or postal service If you have concerns about the arrival of your package or you've noticed the package has not moved in 48h of arriving to the destination country, please contact us.

 

 

What if I need to make a return?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care. You will receive an e-mail from them right after your purchase - with a list of your ordered products. Customer Care will arrange a replacement to be sent for you or a full refund for the price of the goods. No need to even return the faulty item!

What if I need to exchange a pair of shoes?

If you are looking to exchange a pair of shoes, please email shop( at )designkuu.fi to receive return instructions. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the new pair of shoes will be ordered upon arrival of the unworn shoes at our warehouse. Due to the customization of the shoes we offer, you are responsible for return shipping in the event of size exchange. We do need to pay for the production costs of the new pair in the case of an exchange.

Please email us with the item SKU and size you are sending back and the size you'd like to exchange it for. We will follow up with the instructions to complete this process.

As you will be returning the shoes to Finland / EU, please clearly mark in the customs form of your parcel "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE; RETURNED GOODS"
