Production & Product source

Technology & Inks. The printing factory uses a wide variety of dye sublimation and direct-to-fabric print machinery that utilizes the industry's best water-based pigment inks.

Quality control. The printing factory operates with an AQL program to measure the incoming components for all raw materials used in the process. This same program is used to check the in-process quality and outgoing finished products. The data that is collected from these audits is used to provide feedback to respective areas for continuous improvement.

Packaging control. All products are poly-bagged with a suffocation label and shipped in approved mailer bags or boxes.

All products are sourced from China. We work through a partner that has carefully chosen the factories and printing providers to ensure good quality products.

Our company Design Kuu is located in Finland / Europe. None of the items ship via Finland, but are custom printed after your order and then sent to you straight from the print provider.

Mock-up Disclaimer

We use mock-ups to give you a general idea of how the actual products will look like. Mock-ups are digital representations of our products that help us display how the finished item would look like in real life. Although we strive to make these digital representations look like the real product as closely as possible, they can not be made 100% accurate. The size and specific placement of the designs on the final product may not be exactly the same as shown on the digital picture. The cut of the home products and cut & fit of the clothing may also differ in the mock-ups. Additionally, due to settings and calibration on your device's monitor and the digital printing technology, colors may appear different on the actual products than the mock-ups.
