Damaged / defective product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the customer reports the problem within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof.
Right after placing an order, you will receive an email from our Customer Care. If you receive a flawed product, simply reply to them by the simple solution questionnaire provided, and they will arrange a replacement for the faulty item or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. You don't even have to send the faulty product back! Customer Care will ask you to provide clear photographs of the product fault / issue.
If you wish to return an unused item, please do not use it, it must arrive in as-new condition to us for a refund. Please contact us by e-mail. The return should be sent within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs of non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer. All non-faulty items must be sent to our company address. We will make the refund immediately after receiving the item. Please send any returns with tracking.
When placing an order, please make sure that you read the descriptions and check the provided measurements. And please make sure the delivery address - including the country where you want your order delivered to - is correct. We are not responsible to replace any items in case the delivery address is wrong and we can not take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post.
FOR OVERSEAS RETURNS:
please clearly mark in the customs form of your parcel "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE; RETURNED GOODS" - to avoid any delays and charges at the Customs.
All returns should be sent promptly using a pre-paid, insured and trackable method. Please retain your shipping documentation.

All products come via bigger manufacturing platform that gets a good deal for all their shipping costs. We as consumers do not get the same prices, so please note that if you are thinking to return some articles. It might be much more expensive than our prices! But the good thing is, you don't need to return an item if it has some flaw! The new item will be sent to you without any extra costs.
Your money will be refunded back to your credit card or PayPal account - depending which you used for your purchase. We strive to refund you during the next working day after receipt of the returned goods. Sometimes there might be delays due to bank holidays, weekends etc.
Colors and mock-ups
Our mock-ups are created to represent the look of the product in use and should not be considered as 100% accurate. Our photographs are shot in both natural light and studio conditions so there might be slight differences in image colors compared to real products, due to these technical reasons and differences in customers screen settings. We aim to present our products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match. Slight differences in colors should not be considered as flaws.
We work with several factories that provide the printing for our carefully chosen products. Each factory works with their own printing system on their products surface. Depending on the surface (sheen, fluffiness, texture/roughness etc.), the print and its colors (hue/saturation) and darkness will look slightly different, compared to other products in our collection. E.g. even slightly rough surface of the material will affect the sharpness/blurriness of the print. Matte black will seem less black than the same printed on glossy surface. Therefore slight blurriness or differences in color (compared to the screen/mock-ups) can not be considered as a fault in product.
Our mock-ups are for a guidance of the print outcome, not 100% exactly as the actual products. We do aim for accuracy as well as possible.
