Our company Design Kuu is located in Finland / Europe. None of the items ship via Finland, but are custom printed after your order and then sent to you straight from the print provider.

Production

Technology & Inks

The technology used is dye sublimation. For inks: inkbank (RoHS standard; REACH standard; GOTS standard; OEKO-TEX standard).

NB! Strands of white fabric may be partly visible under the print surface.

Quality control

In-house quality control for each order that goes out. Before packing, the product QR code is scanned and final product details are checked making sure everything is correct, and the product shows no defects.

Packaging control

Each product is packed in its own polybag. That polybag then goes into a white unbranded mailer bag.

Mock-up Disclaimer

We use mock-ups to give you a general idea of how the actual products will look like. Mock-ups are digital representations of our products that help us display how the finished item would look like in real life. Although we strive to make these digital representations look like the real product as closely as possible, they can not be made 100% accurate. The size and specific placement of the designs on the final product may not be exactly the same as shown on the digital picture. The cut of the home products and cut & fit of the clothing may also differ in the mock-ups. Additionally, due to settings and calibration on your device's monitor and the digital printing technology, colors may appear different on the actual products than the mock-ups.
